Today, Norge Dental Center has grown into a popular 24-chair practice, and Dr. Johnston focuses on mentoring and training his staff. When in doubt, people tend to ask Dr. Johnston. He absolutely, positively, almost certainly knows the answer.

Family: Kelly (wife), Haley (daughter) and husband James and children Emily and Oliver; Ben (son) and wife Abigale; Will (son) and girlfriend Kindred.

‍Hometown: California, a few miles from the Mexican border. Kelly (wife), Haley (daughter) and husband James and children Emily and Oliver; Ben (son) and wife Abigal; Will (son) and girlfriend Kindred.

‍Turning point in life: When we moved into our current house, 25 years ago. Our family was complete and my business was busy.

‍What brought you to Williamsburg: The potential to join a dental practice. That turned out to be a non-starter, but we were hooked on Williamsburg!

‍How you met your wife: I spotted her in the dining hall at the Medical College of Virginia, introduced myself, and never looked back!

Greatest feat: Starting my practice, Norge Dental Center, immediately upon completing school at VCU.

‍Pet peeve: Nothing really bothers (or surprises) me.

‍Fave Restaurant: Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant

‍Fave dish: Tornados Sarducci

‍Favorite Netflix Show/Series: Yellowstone

‍Hobbies: Boating, wake-surfing, snow-skiing, eating at great restaurants, traveling and spending time with family.

‍What do you love about raising your family in Williamsburg:  It's the feel of a small town, with a big town being not too far away!
